| How Does Camera Slider On Oppo Find X Work? |
Oppo Find X is now officially releasing in many countries, and you maybe are planning to buy it or are just wondering how this beautiful unusual smartphone works? But first, let me give you an introduction to Oppo Find X.
The Oppo Find X is Oppo's latest flagship series and is a resseurection to long-dead Oppo Find 7 & Oppo Find 7a which were released in 2014. Being a flagship device, It is sure to come in the most popular configurations in the 2018 flagship market. The Oppo Find X is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, 8GB Ram & 256GB of non-expandable internal storage.
Find X comes with 3730 MaH Battery, Oppo Find X also features VOOC charging technology which claims with 5 minutes of charge you will get 2 hours of battery life. There is also no fingerprint scanner as Oppo is inspired by Apple and you get to see facial recognition. Which they call O-Face 3D Facial Recognition Technology. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack so you will need to use USB Type C to 3.5mm headphone jack.
The front camera on the Oppo Find X is a 25-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture, that also supports 3D Omoji. Sounds similar? Yes, this is Oppo's feature that will turn you into cartoon characters as AniMoji & BitMoji. The Oppo Find X features 16 megapixel and 20-megapixel rear camera combo. The rear camera supports AI portraits and AI scene recognition.
Oppo's custom UI ColorOS which is based on Android 8.1 Oreo comes with the Find X.
The best thing about Oppo Find X is that the design is not inspired by Apple. It's a refresh mobile, and I have to say It's beautiful. On the back, you only get to see two logos and dual back cameras and on the front its a full-screen with no bezels or notch. This is a delight, isn't it? The Oppo Find X comes in two beautiful Glacier Blue and Bordeaux Red colors.
The Oppo Find X packs a 6.42-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with 1080x2430 pixel resolution and comes with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Oppo has achieved 93.8 screen-to-body ratio which Lenovo failed to achieve with the Lenovo Z5.

camera slider and that pops up whenever you want to unlock the phone as there is no fingerprint scanner so only you got to use facial recognition or pattern unlock. The good thing about the slider? Nobody will be able to spy on you. The bad thing about the slider? We don't know for how much the slider will run. The sliding mechanism is not that fast but no that slow either. Durability may be a concern there.
Well now let's move to my final verdict, Oppo Find X is an amazing device which you shouldn't buy. As I said durability may be a concern, but what else is bad here? They could have included an on-screen fingerprint scanner or why not a rear fingerprint scanner. And the price is USD 875 which is much more premium, for much less you can get OnePlus 6 which provides all flagship specifications at a decent price. But if you are a tech enthusiast like me, I would love to buy it and live with this beautiful 98% screen to body ratio.
